Kede makes the documents a small business sends every day, and keeps track of what each customer still owes. One sale stays in one trail: the quotation, the invoice and every receipt.
From quotation to receipt, without typing twice
Write a quotation with your items, prices and how long it is valid. When the customer agrees, tap Turn into an invoice. When they pay, even a part, tap Record a payment and Kede makes the receipt and works out the balance.

Your business on every page
Set up your Business profile once: name, logo, contacts, tax number and the ways customers pay you, like a bank account or mobile wallet. Every quotation, invoice, receipt and letter uses them, and you tick which ways to pay suit each customer.

A stamp like the one on your paper documents
Pro lets you choose a box stamp or a round, rubber-stamp style seal. The round one carries your business name round the top, your P.O. Box, email or phone round the bottom, and the date in the middle. Choose how you sign: stamp and signature, stamp only, or signature only. Tilt it, move it and make it see-through so the text under it still reads.

Let your team make the documents
A cashier or sales person can make quotations, invoices and receipts with their own login while you stay in charge. Invite them from Settings, Team (Pro), and tick what each person may do. Each document shows who issued it, and you decide whether they may sign with your stamp. They never see your Tracker or reports.

Prices in another currency
Selling to a customer abroad? Change the currency on the document and Kede offers to convert your prices at today's rate, so 500,000 USh does not turn into 500,000 dollars. A converter in Tools lets you check a rate any time, and a note under the total shows what the document is worth in your own currency.
Five designs, in your colours
Pick the look that fits your business, then set your own main and second colour. Every new document uses it. The free plan uses the Kede design, with your own logo.
Your customers, saved for next time
Type a new customer once and Kede keeps them in My customers, with their phone, email and address. Next time, start typing their name and pick them. Each customer has a page with every quotation, invoice and receipt, what they still owe, and a statement you can send them.

Customers who use Kede too
Connect a customer who has Kede. The invoices and receipts you make for them appear in their own Kede under From my suppliers, with the balance they owe you, and one tap adds the bill to their Workplan. They see only what you made for them, and either side can disconnect any time.
Share it the way your customer likes
Send the document on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business with a link your customer can open and download without an account. Or open it in your own email app, share the PDF, save it as a picture, copy the link, or print it on A4 paper or a small 80 mm or 58 mm receipt printer.

Letters on your own headed paper
Pro also writes business letters: a reference number, the date, the subject and your stamp. Add bold, headings, lists, tables, coloured words and links, or paste from Word or Google Docs and keep the format. Pick one of six fonts. Upload your own headed paper once, and your letters and documents print on it.
Payments flow into your Tracker, when you say so
After a receipt, Kede asks if you want to add the money to your Tracker. Add your costs too and it records only the profit. Nothing is saved without your OK.
Questions about quotations, invoices and receipts
Does Kede collect the payment from my customer?+
No. Kede never holds, moves or collects money. Your documents show your own ways to pay, your customer pays you directly, and you record the payment in Kede.
How many documents can I make for free?+
3 quotations, 3 invoices and 3 receipts every month, with your own logo. Pro is unlimited and adds letters, the stamp, designs and colours.
Can my cashier or sales person make documents?+
Yes, with Kede Pro. Invite them from Settings, Team and tick what they may do. They use their own login, each document shows who issued it, and they never see your Tracker or reports. You choose whether they may sign with your stamp.
Can I send a quotation in another currency?+
Yes. Change the currency on the document and Kede offers to convert your prices at today's rate, or keep the numbers as typed. The rate is a guide, so check the amount before you send.
Does my customer need Kede to open the document?+
No. The link opens in any browser, and your customer can view and download the PDF without an account.
My logo has a background. Can Kede remove it?+
Yes. Upload your logo and tap Clean with AI: Kede removes the background so the logo sits on clean white paper. The free plan can clean one picture a month, Pro five. Plain white or single-colour backgrounds are also cleaned for free in your browser.
Do I have to type my customer's details every time?+
No. A customer you type once is saved in My customers. Next time, start typing the name and pick them, and their phone, email and address fill in.
Are Kede receipts EFRIS fiscal receipts?+
No. Kede documents are your business records and proof for your customers. If your business must issue fiscal receipts through URA's EFRIS, keep doing that.
